Accessing information in Braille, large print or audio
All Council documents or publications can be made available in Braille, large print or audio tape on request. All documents should contain a contact phone number in large print that tells you how to obtain a Braille, large print or audio version.You can contact the Sensory Services Team for specialist advice on information for blind and partially sighted people.

You can contact the Sensory Services Team between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Duty hours are Monday and Thursday morning between 9.30am and 12.30pm when we can guarantee someone will be available to take referrals and provide information and advice.
