If you are verified as registered on the current Electoral Register, you may change the method of voting you use.

You can vote in person, by post or by proxy.

What happens next

Completion of this form will only notify the Electoral Services team to send out the relevant application form for you to apply for a postal vote or proxy vote. If requested, the completion of this form will cancel your absent vote so you can vote in person.

This form and any relevant application forms must be completed and received within the standard election deadlines.

If you have already received confirmation that you are registered to vote in person, please complete a postal or proxy voting form in order to change your method of voting.
