How we work

Our annual programme of dance features vibrant performances, engaging courses and dance residencies for all ages and abilities. Delivered in partnership with a range of dance providers, we aim to increase opportunities for everyone to get dancing, and to inspire anyone wishing to further their experience of dance!

We hold a series of dance events every year.

First World War Dance Event

Award winning choreographer Jennifer Irons has been inspired by the unique and almost forgotten stories of the Belgian refugees who settled in the heart of the East Twickenham community during the First World War.

A new, evocative piece of site-specific theatre has been created from these stories, bringing to life this remarkable chapter of local history. The piece will be performed near the site of the former Pelabon Munitions Works where many of the refugees worked.
