Support services to help you stop smoking if you live or work in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
This is a free, confidential service offering support and advice to any smoker who lives or works in the boroughs of Richmond or Kingston.
A team of trained 'stop smoking' advisors provides both one-to-one support and group sessions. The service can also give information on stop smoking support offered by nurses and pharmacists in the borough. There are services located all over Richmond where you can go to get advice, information and access to treatment.
The service offers practical help to people wanting to quit smoking, including access to nicotine replacement therapy (such as patches, gum, lozenges), advice on medications that can support you to stop smoking (including Zyban and Champix tablets), and telephone or online support for those who don't want to have regular appointments.
Services are available most days of the week including evenings and weekends.
