Licensing Act 2003 policy downloads
The revised Licensing Policy came into effect from 8 January 2008.
This means that any application that has to be determined by the Licensing Committee on or after the 8 January will be considered against the terms of the new policy even if it was submitted to the licensing authority prior to that date.
The policy has been completely re-written. It is comprehensive yet only 23 pages long. The cumulative impact zones in Richmond and Twickenham town centres have been maintained and now cover all applications in those zones. See section 4 of the Policy for full details.
