Consumer Protection consists of three services:
Although these services have their own distinctive roles, some areas of work overlap and others are complementary; so these services work closely together to the benefit of the service, consumers and traders alike.
Consumer Protection is part of the Development and Street Scene Department which itself is within the Environment Directorate and operates from its offices at:
