Commercial waste and recycling charges
The annual commercial waste and recycling charges from 1 April 2009 - 31 March 2010.
These prices will be subjected to review as of the 1 April annually.

Waste and recycling collections
Sunday waste collections are available and the charge is as detailed above plus an additional 25%.
Should you wish to have a second collection per week, you will have to pay the annual fee again (minus any container rental charges).
Additional Purchase of sacks
The delivery of sacks takes place twice a year in March and September and is based on your contract requirements. Should you run out of your commercial waste or recycling sacks before the delivery date then you are able to purchase additional sacks at the following prices:
- 26 waste sacks (1 pack): £81.73 (ex VAT)
- 26 recycling sacks: £61.71 (ex VAT)
Payment is made via credit/debit card over the telephone. To make payment please call 0208 487 5199.
One off or additional collections
In order for an ad hoc collection to take place please follow these simple steps:
- Take a photograph of the waste/ recycling to be collected.
- Send the photograph to commercialwaste@richmond.gov.uk.
- A quote will be formulated and sent by email.
- Payment is taken by debit/credit card over the phone. To make payment please call 0208 487 5199.
- We will advise you on the collection day once payment has been received.
No hidden charges
The commercial waste and recycling team has a clear policy on its pricing - we have no hidden charges:
- No administration fee
- No Control Waste Transfer Note annual fee.
