About the Partnership

The Community Safety Partnership (CSP) brings together various agencies within the borough to reduce crime and disorder. Further details about the agencies involved in the partnership and the principles under which it operates can be found in the About the Community Safety Partnership section.

Crime in the borough

Before crime and disorder can be tackled effectively, a realistic picture of the types of crime and the locations they are occurring in must be established. It is therefore important that we encourage victims of crime to report the incident. We are aware that this is not always easy and our Reporting Crime section sets out schemes within the borough designed to improve the process. As well as a direct link to the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) online reporting service there is also a feature on the borough's crime figures.

Our activities

The main working documents for the Community Safety Partnership are the Strategic Assessment(pdf, 86KB) and the Community Safety Partnership Plan 2008-11(pdf, 125KB). We need your feedback on the plan throughout the year to help us ensure we meet the needs of the borough, so please get in touch with any comments by following the contact details below.
