Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5.15pm (last ticket at 4.30pm)
Friday: 9am to 5pm (last ticket at 4.30pm)

If you’re unhappy with our service, you should first call or write to us to discuss the problem. If you are not happy after this, please refer to the Council's complaints procedure.
If you are still not satisfied you should contact your local councillor.
Some issues are not covered by the Council’s complaints procedure because there is a separate independent appeals process run by the Valuation Tribunal Service.
