London Buses who are now part of Transport for London deal with all bus stop infrastructure including seats, shelters and bus stop posts. They can be contacted on 0845 300 7000 (London Buses Customer Services). London Underground can be contacted on 0845 330 9880.

Public transport information

Where do I get copies of public transport maps covering services in Richmond upon Thames?

London Travel Information distribute copies of all bus and tube maps that cover the Borough, and they can be contacted on 020 7222 1234
