We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with all applicable Data Protection laws and regulations and in line with the highest standards of ethical conduct protecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects and safely and securely processing their data in accordance with all our legal obligations.
We will use the information you provide on our e-newsletter sign up form to get in touch with you and to provide updates and marketing. You have the option to select how you would like to be kept up to date with Council updates.

Privacy
The Data Processor for our e-newsletter is MailChimp. MailChimp has updated their Data Processing Agreement and third-party vendor contracts to meet the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
MailChimp has self-certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and lawfully transfers EU/EEA personal data to the U.S. pursuant to their Privacy Shield Certification.
