If you have been granted a Council Tax discount or exemption, we will write to you once a year asking you to update us on your circumstances.

This does not apply to single person discount. The single person discount review is separate.

If you want to tell us about a change of circumstances at any other time, please contact us.

Do not complete this form if you want to make a new application for a discount, or a new application for an exemption.
