Report a fault with a park

Use this form to report a fault with any of the borough's parks or open spaces.

Before you start

Please try to provide as much detail as possible in your description of the fault and the fault location. This will enable us to quickly resolve the problem or concern.

Please be aware that you will need to contact the following sites directly as they are managed separately:

If we need more specific details, we will contact you if you have provided an email address or phone number.

We will send our engineers to fix the fault as soon as possible.
