The Council issued a “Call for Sites” for review for possible inclusion within the Site Allocations Plan.

This page was archived in July 2015 and will no longer be updated

The site-specific allocations will now be taken forward alongside the review of the existing policies. This will enable the Council to align the sites available with the needs of the borough as identified through the Local Plan Review.

About

We were looking for potential development sites or groups of sites where there might be the opportunity for redevelopment or changes of use. Submitted sites and proposals should have a reasonable prospect of coming forward in the period up to 2029.

The call for sites ended on Monday 28 January 2013.

The Council has reviewed all the sites put forward. The following document sets out which sites were suggested during the Call for Sites consultation, and whether they have been subsequently included in the draft Site Allocations Plan.

Note that the publication of any site does not indicate that it will be allocated or successfully obtain permission for development.

Note that the GLA, in partnership with the London Boroughs, issued a London-wide call for potential housing sites. This consultation ended on 28 January 2013; further information can be found on the GLA's website.
