Appointments at the Civic Centre

To ensure social distancing for the health and safety of both our staff and our customers we can only offer limited services and face to face appointments. 

Appointments are only available via phone if we are unable to resolve your enquiry.

We deal with appointments for:

  • Accessible Transport Unit (Blue badge)
  • Council tax
  • Housing benefit
  • Housing services
  • Parking permits
  • Registration services
