Local author at East Sheen Library for Cityread 2018

Release Date: 08 May 2018

One of the borough’s talented short story writers will be discussing her latest work as part of Cityread London later this month.

Tickets are still available for the event with local author Vesna Main at East Sheen Library from 7 to 8pm on Thursday 24 May.

Ms Main will be talking about her new collection of short stories ‘Temptation: A user’s guide’ as part of the Cityread London programme being run in the borough. The short stories are packed with tales of love and secrets, populated by outsiders, and motivated by a passion bordering on obsession.

Amanda Stirrup, Head of Libraries said:

“We are delighted to welcome one of the borough’s very own authors to East Sheen library as part of this month’s celebration of reading.

“Vesna’s short stories are sure to grip, delight, and intrigue the borough’s readers, and I’m sure you will delight at the tales she has to tell in East Sheen this month. Tickets are now on sale so if you’re interested book online or at your local library!”

Tickets cost £3.00 and include refreshments. Visit your local library or book online.
