An open exhibition celebrating the array of artistic talent in Richmond upon Thames commences at the Riverside Gallery this weekend.

The Art House Open Studios Group exhibition will showcase the work of local artists, craftspeople and community groups taking part in Art House 2018.

It runs from Saturday 12 May to Saturday 28 July 2018 and offers local art fans a sneak peak of what can be expected during Art House 2018. Over 70 artists will open their homes and studios to the public.

Art House Open Studios runs between Friday 22 June and Sunday 1 July 2018. You will be able to view everything from paintings to photography to jewellery to ceramics to digital art on display in the artists’ very own homes and studios.

David Allister, Head of Culture for Richmond Council, said:

“We are lucky to have an array of talented artists in the borough producing great work and the Art House exhibition is a great way for our local artistic community to show off that work.

“By coming along to this exhibition you’ll get a sneak peak of what is to come during the main exhibition and I encourage you to do so.”
