Habitats & Heritage are looking for a well organised, versatile person to join as an administrator for its energy advice service at South West London Energy Advice Partnership (SWLEAP).

SWLEAP provides energy advice across the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames. The part time role would be suited for a person with good spoken and written English and good IT skills.The administrator will undertake a wide variety of work including:

  • Assisting at outreach events
  • Liaising with volunteers
  • Arranging home visit appointments
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Conducting DBS checks
  • Compiling client feedback

This is a six-month contract, working 14 hours a week, with the possibility of extension and increased hours.You will be based at home but must be able to travel to events and meetings in the London Boroughs of Richmond, Merton, and Wandsworth. No previous experience of giving energy advice is required but an interest in the subject is important and further training will be given.

Salary: Approximately £25,000 per annum pro rata, depending on skills and experience.

The closing date is at 5pm on Friday 10 February 2023. Interviews will be held in the week beginning Monday 20 February 2023.
