Why not begin 2023 with a refreshing and inspiring programme, aimed to enhance mental and physical wellbeing?
The Love Me programme is a community initiative aimed at women in the Richmond borough, to build confidence and enthusiasm for their everyday lives.
The programme will begin on Friday 6 January and shares a broad range of activities to motivate a healthy lifestyle. Participants will be provided insight into fun exercises such as pilates and dance, superfoods, creative vision boarding and much more.
One participant described the Love Me programme as "one of the most rewarding and joyous things I have done for myself!"
The programme brings together local women who share their expertise and experiences. This includes:
- Susie Bush-Ramsey - former international athlete
- Emma Chrispin - choreographer and west-end dancer
- Frankie Alpino - yoga and breathe and stretch facilitator
- Lydia Campbell - women's health specialist
- Red Gibbons-Lejeune - fine artist
The programme runs at LiveWell Kew, a pioneering social prescribing centre in Kew, just behind the Retail Park and adjacent to the River Thames.
Social prescribing spaces are available for the 2023 New Year programme which will begin on Friday 6 January. It will run for two hours a week for six consecutive weeks from 10am to 12pm.
A discounted price of just £30 (for the full six weeks) is also available for those who may be struggling financially. Special arrangements can also be made for those who don’t have the means to pay.

The Love Me programme is generously supported by Richmond Parish Lands, the Active Richmond Fund, the National Lottery Community Fund and individual sponsors.
