Join us for a free walk-in community health fair in Ham

16 March 2023

We are once again partnering with local charity Ruils Independent Living to host the Ham Community Health Fair for residents on Friday 31 March.

Come along from 11am to 2pm at Ham Library, Ham Street, TW10 7HR, to speak to a variety of representatives from local organisations sharing information about their services, interactive sessions focused on wellbeing and free basic health checks as part of the Health in Your Hands service.

Anyone who gets a health check will be entered into a raffle, to be drawn by the Mayor of Richmond, Cllr Julia Cambridge. Prizes include a Xiaomi Mi Band 7 fitness watch and a three-month leisure pass from Richmond Council.

Free, tasty food catered by Surplus to Supper, along with tea and coffee, will be available for all guests.

We encourage anyone who’s interested to come along! Organisations that will be in attendance to share information about their local services include:

  • Ruils
  • Richmond Borough Mind
  • Multicultural Richmond
  • Surplus to Supper
  • Dementia Friendly Communities Richmond
  • Age UK
  • Cooking Up
  • United Response
  • Thinking Works
  • Richmond Council’s Community Engagement Team

You can view the agenda to see the full schedule.

We hope to see you there.
