Richmond and Twickenham Photographic Society annual show

Community news on behalf of Richmond and Twickenham Photographic Society | 14 March 2023

From portraiture to landscape, architecture to wildlife, and fine art to street photography, Richmond and Twickenham Photographic Society’s annual exhibition celebrates the wonderful diversity of photography.

Hundreds of images will be on display at the Landmark Arts Centre in Ferry Road, Teddington, from Friday 7 to Sunday 16 April with the Royal Photographic Society’s Visual Art Group once more joining the event with its 2023 exhibition. Pupils from St. Catherine’s School for Girls in Twickenham will also be showcasing their work.

New this year will be four workshops with street fashion photographer John Phillips on Thursday 13 and Saturday 15 April giving practical advice on the use of on and off camera flash.

There will also be a demonstration on Saturday 8 April from award-winning fine art flower photographer Jocelyn Horsfall showing how you can create startling designs and patterns using the cyanotype printing process (or sun printing as it is often known).

The charge is £5 per session but this then gives you free entry to the exhibition.
