To celebrate World Mental Health Day on 10 October, Richmond Borough Mind is inviting you to join them for an exclusive workshop, sharing a variety of exercises and resources that can be used in everyday life to build resilience during challenging times.
The workshops will take place at noon on Friday 8 and Monday 11 October.

Richmond Borough Mind's workshop will share a variety of exercises and resources that can be used in everyday life to build resilience during challenging times, including tips on:
- Engaging a positive mindset
- Improving self-confidence and self-awareness
- Managing anxiety and avoiding burnout
- Building positive relationships
- Sleeping well
- Nutrition and eating habits for improved mental health
