Join Richmond Borough Mind for their ultimate Resilience toolkit workshop

To celebrate World Mental Health Day on 10 October, Richmond Borough Mind is inviting you to join them for an exclusive workshop, sharing a variety of exercises and resources that can be used in everyday life to build resilience during challenging times.

The workshops will take place at noon on Friday 8 and Monday 11 October.

Do you need a little help to manage your mental wellbeing? Feeling the effects of the challenges of the last 18 months?

Richmond Borough Mind's workshop will share a variety of exercises and resources that can be used in everyday life to build resilience during challenging times, including tips on:

  • Engaging a positive mindset
  • Improving self-confidence and self-awareness
  • Managing anxiety and avoiding burnout
  • Building positive relationships
  • Sleeping well
  • Nutrition and eating habits for improved mental health
