Thank you picnic for Richmond Talking Newspaper’s volunteers

A 'thank you' picnic for all of our volunteers who have gone to extraordinary lengths to keep the production of the weekly Richmond Talking Newspaper going through the pandemic. Our talking newspaper proved to be an invaluable lifeline for their visually impaired listeners, keeping them in touch with the ever changing and at times confusing instructions on how to keep safe and healthy. It also kept them in touch with their local communities during what was for most people a rather difficult time.
