The School Street operates along Strathmore Road from the junction with Shacklegate Lane into the cul-de-sac and towards Stanley Road.

Hours of operation

The School Street is in operation Monday to Friday from 8.15 to 9am and 2.40 to 3.40pm, during term time only.

The School Street signs will still be displayed during school holidays and half term breaks. It is not a statutory requirement to remove them.

Method

Signs will warn drivers of the days and times when the School Street is enforced and shared ANPR cameras may also enforce the restrictions.
