My Account

We are not taking any renewals or new subscriptions until 2022.

Existing customers

All existing subscription holders will be given five free months of the garden waste subscription (1 November 2021 to 31 March 2022). This means there will be no need to renew your subscription in 2021.

You will not require a new bin sticker to access the free service, but please leave your pink sticker on your bin until you renew in April 2022.

When to renew

All subscription holders will be contacted directly in February 2022, with instructions to renew a subscription inviting you to renew your subscription for the period starting 1 April 2022.

If you usually pay by Direct Debit

Due to the Direct Debit regulations of some banking providers, it is necessary for us to cancel all Direct Debits at the end of this period. This means your Direct Debit will not rollover and you will not be charged this year.

To continue your subscription after the five free months, from April 2022, you will need to set up a new Direct Debit.

You will receive full instructions for this in your renewal letter next year. You will be able to renew online or via phone. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

New customers

We are not taking new subscriptions for the garden waste bin service until next year. This is due to a wider review of the service, which is expected to see significant improvements, including changing the contractual year to 1 April 2022, in line with the high spring/summer demand for the service.

Disposing of garden waste

If you urgently need to access the service, you can order garden waste sacks, which are still collected fortnightly. You can check your collection day online.

Complete the waiting list form if you wish to be contacted in February 2022 and invited to join the service online, for collections to start from 1 April 2022.
