Use this online form to subscribe to our fortnightly garden recycling bin collection service or to renew your existing contract.
Due to high demand, the Council has temporarily run out of garden waste bins. Our suppliers have reduced production to protect employees from COVID-19.
We expect to resume bin deliveries from Monday 13 July.

You must have one of our council bins (green wheelie bin with blue lid) in order to join this scheme. You can buy a bin using this form, if you don’t already have one.
This year, the 6 month renewal contract period will begin on 1 May 2020 and run until 31 October 2020.
Your contract will run from 1 May 2020 to 31 October 2020, but you will receive a sticker within 10 working days. You can begin using the service as soon as you have your sticker.
You must purchase a Richmond garden waste bin, if you do not already have one.
This process requires an online payment.
You will receive your new bin and sticker, within 10 working days. The sticker shows the collection crews that you are eligible for this service. If you do not have a sticker on your bin, contact email@example.com or telephone 020 8891 1411.
Once your garden waste collection payment is successful, we will send you a garden waste recycling sticker. Please follow the instructions and attach it to the side of your green garden waste bin. This lets our collection crews know that you are eligible for this service.
The crews will not collect from bins with out of date or missing collection stickers.
Refunds are not offered for early cancellation of your contract.
