We want to make sure that everyone can use our complaints system and that you are treated fairly.

What we do with your information

The information you give is confidential. We respect your privacy and will make sure that we protect your personal information.

Any personal information that you give to us as part of your complaint will be anonymised and only used to:

  • Help address and resolve your concerns
  • Check whether our services and our complaints procedure are equally accessible to every member of the community
  • Improve our complaints procedure

If part of your complaint concerns equalities issues or any form of discrimination, you should let us know. We will make sure that this is investigated.

Find out more about ourĀ Equality and Diversity policy. These questions and others are included on our complaints form. If you do not provide this information with your original complaint, we will send you an equality monitoring form during the complaints process.
