Get involved in your local community
We can help you identify the opportunities and support you may need to get involved in your area.
Community Engagement Team
Our Community Engagement Team help promote community involvement by:
- Keeping local communities informed about what we are doing
- Building a better understanding of what community activity is already happening
- Identify and promote opportunities for local people to get involved
- Helping local people and groups find the support they need to take part
If you have an idea to improve your local area or help people, or just want to get involved but don't know how, our Community Engagement officers can help you. They can find the right person for you to talk to, the right group for you to join or find the right support for your local project.
Link up with your community
For each local area the Community Engagement Team has put together key sources of information to highlight what's going on in your local area. We encourage you to join your local village Facebook page to keep up to date with events and activities.
