Richmond Reference Library (Old Town Hall)
Richmond Reference Library is situated on the first floor of the Old Town Hall in Whittaker Avenue, Richmond. It has a number of different study areas and the main reading room is a large, wood panelled room with windows overlooking the river. The building can accommodate filming midweek, depending on levels of disruption, but is much more available to filmmakers on Sundays when it is closed to the public.
