Richmond Old Town Hall
The Old Town Hall was built in the 1890s and is now home to Richmond's Reference Library (has a lovely wood panelled room), the Museum of Richmond, Tourist Information, the Local Studies Collection and the Riverside Gallery. The Town Hall can be found on Whittaker Avenue in the centre of Richmond. Whittaker Avenue is a pretty cobbled street leading onto a square overlooking the river. There are parking bays that can be suspended and there is a unit base very close by. The building is closed on Sundays so this is the best day for any filming, but depending on what you want to do some filming can be accommodated on other days.
