Key worker housing
If you work in certain public sector jobs, you may be able to get help to rent a home. These jobs include teachers, police, NHS staff, and fire fighters.
How it works
Key worker housing schemes offer good quality homes to rent at around 80% (or less) of the typical market rent value. These schemes are generally in high demand and you may need to join a waiting list, unless your employer has nomination rights to one of these schemes.
We are not responsible for allocating key worker housing. However, the following housing associations provide key worker housing at a number of different schemes:
