Mayor’s charity events

You can make a donation at the Mayor's JustGiving page.

The Mayor's charities for 2019/2020 are:

Christmas hampers

One of the highlights of the Mayor’s year is usually the many events run to bring together the community, celebrate our borough and raise money for the Mayor’s chosen charities.

Unfortunately, this has not been possible in 2020 and Councillor Acton has not been able to carry out many of his usual duties or fundraise for A Dose of Nature and South West London Environment Network.

So this year we are putting together some Christmas hampers with gifts and treats from local shops and businesses in the Borough. All proceeds will go directly to the Mayor’s charities and tickets are just £3 each, for a chance to win one of five exclusive hampers delivered in time for Christmas.

There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase.

Mayor's Charity Golf Tournament

The Mayor's charity golf tournament has been postponed until April 2021.

Thank you. Any donation is gratefully received and will be passed directly to the Mayor’s charities at the end of each municipal year.
