Richmond Borough Mind's 100 Miles in May Challenge is here!
From small daily boosts to a full-blown adventure, keep that feel-good energy alive - get moving outdoors, and do something amazing for your wellbeing.
What's the challenge
Walk, run, or mix it up - 100 miles across the month of May. No pressure. No stopwatch. Just fresh air, movement, and a great reason to step outside.
It’s easier than you think! That’s just around 3 miles a day, or a few longer weekend walks. However you do it, it all counts. Dog walks, the school run, a lunchtime walk with colleagues… even your commute to work.
Every step you take supports your own mental health, and if you choose to fundraise, you’ll also be helping Richmond Borough Mind continue providing vital support across our community.
