Dedicated cargo bike parking bays rolled out in Richmond upon Thames

We have introduced four cargo bike parking bays to support young families and promote sustainable transport.

We plan to introduce more bays in the coming months as part of an on-street parking trial. 

The dedicated cargo bike parking bays are located near destination points for young families, including primary schools, nurseries, playgrounds and shops. 

You can find our four existing bays at: 

• Wellesley Road play area 
• Ashburnham Road 
• Lowther Primary School 
• Barnes Montessori Nursery
