Help us improve our adult social care services

This February, we will carry out the 2024-25 Adult Social Care Survey on behalf of NHS England. If you use adult social care services, you may be invited to share your views.

The Adult Social Care Survey asks service users who are over 18 about their experiences. This survey is run every year to look at how these services are helping people to live safely and independently in their own homes.

The more people who take part, the more useful the results will be in helping us assess and improve our local services for those who use them. Your feedback is crucial, and we hope you'll take a few moments to complete the paper survey and send it back in the pre-paid envelope provided. Full details will be included with the survey.

Please look out for the survey arriving by post in early February.
