Unlock new career opportunities this new year

To kickstart the new year, our Work Match team and local charity Room for Work are providing free programmes in Richmond, Hampton Wick and Roehampton for local jobseekers and career changers.

Room for Work

This 12-lesson course for residents over 40 will cover employability skills with an emphasis on networking, improving CVs, and practising competency-based interviews. It will also feature tailored, one-to-one mentoring and follow-up coaching support provided by experts. 

Those who are new to the UK job market with good basic English and computer skills are also welcome to join. You'll be with like-minded people in the same situation, using the power of community to build your motivation and confidence in finding a job.

Richmond

New Routes to Work

If you are looking for your first role or returning to the workplace, our 8-week programme is here to help. This free course supports participants to develop communication, digital, social, and team working skills. Additionally, it helps you make plans for the future by looking at life and career goals and creating a personal career plan.
