Come to free community health fair in Mortlake

On Monday 15 July, residents are invited to join Ruils Independent Living and other local organisations for free lunch, massages and child-friendly activities to explore how to improve family wellbeing.

The event will take place on Monday 15 July from 12 noon to 3pm at the Powerstation Youth Centre in Mortlake.

Residents are invited to take part in a range of activities designed to improve physical and mental health, including free basic health checks, face painting and massage therapy. You also have a chance to win prizes in the raffles.

Attendees will also be able to learn about support for families to improve health and wellbeing, advice for unpaid carers, cost of living guidance, healthy eating and nutrition tips, as well as cancer screening information.
