Free customer service training programme available

This July, Richmond WorkMatch is running a free customer service course for residents looking to develop their careers in the retail and hospitality industry.

The five day training programme aims to equip participants with essential skills in the sector.

Upon completion of the course, participants will attain a Level 1 recognised qualification in customer service and benefit from CV and interview support during and after the class.

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage with potential employers and take part in interviews.
