Richmond Women's Hub relaunches free 'I Am' programme to empower women

Starting on Wednesday 30 July, this six-week programme invites residents to explore how they relate to themselves, their communities and others.

Designed as a safe, inclusive and creative space, the 'I Am' programme promotes positive self-image and personal growth. The sessions are fun, interactive and informative, with no special skills or previous experience required. Upon completing the course, participants will receive a certificate.

This powerful and supportive course aims to help women build respectful, positive, and healthy relationships, free from coercion, violence, and intimidation.

Come along, connect with others, and grow in confidence, all in a welcoming space!

  • Date: Every Wednesday, starting 30 July
  • Time: 12.30 to 2pm
  • Location: The Vineyard Community Centre, The Vineyard, Richmond, TW10 6AQ
