Team Richmond scores second-place finish at London Youth Games!

Team Richmond achieved a superb silver in the Jubilee Trophy rankings of the London Youth Games after an exciting finale weekend at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
10,000 young Londoners participated across 37 sports throughout the year, with the Jubilee Trophy being awarded to the borough with the most points accumulated across the season.
Team Richmond amassed a total of 981 Jubilee points to finish in second place, an improvement on last year’s 4th, finishing just 7 points behind first placed Bromley.
Richmond excelled in multiple team sports throughout the LYG season with highlights including gold medals in athletics female, kayak sprint, judo female, volleyball female, as well as silver placings in athletics male and judo male.
An awards reception was held at a packed Clarendon Hall after the games to present medals and community awards to key contributors from this season's campaign.
At the reception, the following people and clubs won awards for their commitment to and passion for Team Richmond at the London Youth Games:
- Overall Contribution Boys - Turing House
- Overall Contribution Girls - Grey Court
- Team Manager of the Year - Antony Johnson and Joe Perry
- Overall Contribution - Richmond Knights
- Most Improved Team - Aquathlon
- Volunteer of the Year - Keith Holt
