Learn about The Great Stink of London

On Friday 28 June, the charity Habitats & Heritage (H&H), are hosting a session for resident looking to learn about the London sewage system.

Stephen Fielding, Heritage Projects Manager at Habitats & Heritage, will talk about the cholera epidemics that swept London and the remarkable feat of engineering to create the London sewage system in response. 

Event details:

  • Date: Friday 28 June
  • Time: 7 to 9pm
  • Location: ETNA Community Centre, 13 Rosslyn Road, Twickenham, TW1 2AR
  • Price: £12 for a standard ticket, £10 for H&H supporter
