Donate to Mighty Convoy’s fundraiser

Community news on behalf of Mighty Convoy | 21 March 2025

Non-profit organisation Mighty Convoy is raising funds to purchase and deliver ambulances full of medical aid and lorry loads of vital supplies to Ukraine.

Departed last week, the convoy will deliver humanitarian aid, including hospital beds, tourniquets, and surgical gowns to Lviv, and distribute them to the frontline to help injured soldiers and civilians.

Volunteer driver Colin Greene, who helped raise the £35,000 to buy the fleet of second-hand ambulances, said: “I am delighted to be involved in this remarkable project. It is important to support the underdog in this conflict as Ukraine continues to fight valiantly and I just want to contribute something to help at this pivotal time of the war.”

The organisation is based in Cambridge Road, Teddington. Its volunteers drive ambulances and trucks filled with medical supplies to teams on the ground in Ukraine. Since its launch, the organisation has delivered 44 ambulances, 4x4s and pick-up trucks to Ukraine.  It has raised over £300,000 from generous donors and delivered more than 30 tonnes of humanitarian aid on the ground in Ukraine.

Mighty Convoy works in partnership with International Christian Medical and Dental Association and Christian Medical Association Ukraine to improve the quality and accessibility of medical services in Ukraine.
