Join the garden recycling scheme or renew your subscription

We're now accepting garden waste subscriptions for 2025/26. Existing contracts are due to end on 31 March 2025. To continue receiving collections, you'll need to make a payment.

You can make a quick and easy payment online.

If you already pay by Direct Debit and want to renew, you don't need to do anything. Payment will automatically be taken from you on 28 March 2025.

If you're an existing customer and payment's not received by 12 May 2025, we will not empty your bin.

New stickerless system for 2025

From 3 March 2025, we no longer issue garden waste bin stickers. 

Instead, the collection crews will use in-cab technology to identify addresses with an active garden waste contract.

To help make this new system work, it’s important you follow these instructions:

• Write your house name or number on the side of your bin, so it’s clearly visible
• Do not write it on your bin lid 
• Put your bin directly outside your property for collection

The main benefits of this new system are:

• Your subscription will automatically be updated once you sign up to the service
• You don't need to wait for your sticker to arrive

Fees

These fees are for the collection period of 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 inclusive:

• Aged under 75 years old: £90
• Aged 75 years old and over: £67

Collections

Your garden recycling will be collected once a fortnight on your scheduled collection days throughout the whole year, except for two weeks from 5 to 16 January 2026.

If you only produce garden waste occasionally, you can buy our garden sacks and book a collection without a subscription.
