Carers Week 2024: Putting Carers on the Map

This June, Richmond Carers Centre is launching Carers Week 2024 which features a range of activities and workshops to support those in our borough who care for a loved one.

Themed ‘Putting Carers on the Map’, Carers Week 2024 aims to bring together charities, organisations and individuals to recognise the contribution unpaid carers make to society. The week-long event also includes discussions on the challenges carers face and how to improve their daily lives.

Taking place from Monday 10 to Sunday 16 June, Richmond Carers Centre’s week of activities will include local tours, art and craft workshops, sports, and more.

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring and help people to identify as carers and access much-needed support.
