Move more and live better at Hampton’s free community health fair this May

Community news on behalf of Ruils | 10 May 2024

Join Ruils for a free walk-in Community Health Fair and discover how small, simple steps can transform your health and wellbeing.

The event will take part on Friday 24 May from 11am to 2pm at All Saints Hall in Hampton.

Residents are invited to explore a range of activities designed to get you moving and feeling your best, including free basic health checks and massage therapy. You also have a chance to win prizes in the raffles and enjoy a hot lunch – free of charge.

In addition to this, attendees will be able to take part in exercise taster sessions to discover some of the many ways you can move more – a great way to improve your overall wellbeing and lead a healthier life. You’ll find information, advice and insights on healthy lifestyles, cost of living, cancer screenings and caregiving support.

The fair will also share service information from local organisations:

  • Crossroads Care
  • SWLEAP
