How easy is it to book an appointment with your GP?

Healthwatch Richmond is running a survey to understand residents’ experiences of booking GP appointments and virtual consultations, to help optimise the delivery of care.

The deadline to complete the survey is Thursday 30 May 2024, and all feedback will remain anonymous.

In addition to understanding how residents book and attend appointments with their GP, Healthwatch are also interested to know more about residents’ experiences with the additional roles now employed by GP practices, including:

• Physician associates
• Physiotherapists
• Mental health link workers
• Social prescribers
