Discover self-care for carers at ‘Who Cares?’ book launch

On Wednesday 27 November, come along to the launch event of the second edition of the best selling and award winning book ‘Who Cares?’.

The author, Sara Challice, will be signing copies of the book. She is also one of the committee members on our Health and Wellbeing Board.

The first edition of ‘Who Cares?’ was published during Carers Week in 2020. Since then, Sara has generously shared her insights through talks for carers within local and national charities, for companies supporting carers in the workplace, and for healthcare professionals and those supporting carers.

This latest edition of ‘Who Cares?’ contains a section for healthcare professionals and those supporting carers.

Come along to hear about Sara’s story of regaining her health and enjoying life again, even while caring for a terminally ill husband.
