Terms and conditions for our Fixery competition.
Win a Loved Before teddy bear
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications.
By participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- Eligibility: this promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) aged 16 or over except employees of Richmond Council
- Promotional period: the opening date for entries is 9am Friday on 12 June 2026 and the closing date for entries is 11:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 12 July 2026
- To be eligible to win, participants must:
- Follow The Fixery Instagram (@the.fixery) and Richmond Council Instagram (@richmond_council)
- Like the Instagram post about the competition
- Tag someone in the post comments
- No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions
- The winner will be notified via Instagram following a random draw selection. Further details will then be provided by the promoter as to how to claim the prize
- Prize: A Loved Before teddy bear of the winner’s choice from the options available at The Fixery is to be collected from The Fixery, Grove Gardens Chapel, Lower Grove Road, TW10 by 1 October 2026
- We will randomly select the winner from the list of eligible names
- Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted
- The winner will be able to select their teddy bear of choice from the options available at the time of being contacted after the competition has closed
- The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of the promoter is final
