About the Full of Life Fair

The annual Full of Life Fair provides residents in later life, as well as carers, with the local information and resources they need to lead long, healthy and happy lives.

When and where

The fair takes place on Friday 24 October 2025 at Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham TW2 7BA.

Stallholders and activities

Come along to this all-day, free event to receive useful information from over 70 stallholders about the local services, activities, businesses, groups and organisations conveniently available to you in your communities.

In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to:

• Get moving - Try out a range of community activities like yoga, gentle exercise and strengthening routines, dance demos and attend informative workshops
• Stay connected - Access one-to-one support for how to easily use everyday technology to live more independently and learn about how to avoid scams
• Healthy living - Receive advice from local professionals, as well as clinical services like blood pressure checks and seasonal immunisations
• Find community - Learn how to get involved in the local community and activity groups

Lunch tickets

To ensure a fairer distribution this year, lunch tickets will be allocated based on need. This approach helps us prioritise those who would benefit most from a complimentary meal during the event.

There will still be a variety of food and refreshments available throughout the day at our free on-site café – no ticket or rebooking required. Thank you for your understanding.

Assistance and mobility support 

If you need assistance, a carer or support person is welcome to attend with you.

We also have a limited number of wheelchairs available at the venue that can be pre-booked if you need additional mobility support. Please select that option when registering online, or let a member of our staff know that you would like this option if you prefer to call and register.
