Information for Full of Life stallholders

What you need to know if you are registered or would like to register to be a stallholder at the 2022 Full of Life Fair.

About the fair

The Full of Life Fair will take place on Friday 23 September 2022 from 10am to 4pm.

You can make a payment for your stall using our online form. You must ensure you have read and agree with our terms and conditions of stall hire before doing so.

Terms and conditions

Stall details

  • Each stall is allowed a maximum of two volunteers at one time. Under no circumstances will any stall be allowed more than two volunteers at a time. Volunteers may be scheduled into shifts – all names must be provided in advance.
  • As a minimum, stalls will be provided one 6ft table, two chairs and a small amount of floor and/or wall space for banners.
  • Stalls will be set up between 4 and 7pm on Thursday 22 September. Please note that stalls cannot be set up on the day of the event.

Lunch

  • Stallholders can have tea, coffee and snacks from the free café along with residents. We would encourage stallholders to bring reusable coffee cups and water bottles to help us reduce waste.
  • If you attend as a stall but are also a resident fitting the Fair criteria (over 55), you may register for the free lunch. Registration for the lunch will open for residents later this year. If you attend the lunch you must ensure your stall is staffed in your absence.

Payment

The cost of hiring a stall at the fair is:

  • £60 +VAT for businesses
  • £30 +VAT for registered charities

Payments are taken online only using the online form. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a handling fee. There is no handling fee for debit card payments.
