Pride Month 2023
In the month of June, Pride Month is dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQI+ community, highlighting their significant contributions, acknowledging their struggles, and fostering a sense of allyship.

Saturday 3 June

Pride Walk and Celebration
The West London Queer Project will be celebrating Pride with a 10k Walk and Celebration, along the Thames, in aid of Motor Neurone Disease. The event will also include performances from Ru Paul’s Drag Race contestant Pixie Polite and more. Tickets are available to book online, which includes a medal and food and drink.

Pink Proms
Hosted by the Richmond and Wandsworth LGBT Equality and Ally Group, Pink Proms returns to Normansfield Theatre. Join for a night to remember, with a wonderful array of music from the London Gay Symphonic Winds Orchestra.

The Chosen Haram
The Chosen Haram is a theatre show, sharing the story of two gay men, their chance meeting through a dating app, the highs and lows of their relationship and the barriers they must overcome, both social and cultural, in seeking happiness and personal fulfilment.

Pride Month celebration for LGBTQ+ carers
Wandsworth Carers Centre are holding a special event for LGBTQ+ carers in South West London. The free event will involve a lunch outing, followed by a private Art Tour at Tate Modern. The event will be free for carers to attend.

Exhibition: 50 LGBTQI+ who changed the world
The unique exhibition pays tribute to the activists, writers and artists who have advanced the LGBTQI+ movement and celebrates those who have fought to create a more inclusive and tolerant world.
